Ibanez AZ24S1F Electric Guitar – Violin Sunburst
A Modern, Versatile AZ with Classic Sunburst Elegance
The Ibanez AZ24S1F brings the acclaimed comfort and adaptability of the AZ platform into a beautifully presented Standard-Series model. Its Violin Sunburst finish highlights the Flamed Maple top, merging traditional visual appeal with a forward-thinking feature set. With dual humbuckers, a roasted Maple neck and the highly flexible dyna-MIX10 switching system, this guitar is built to cover everything from smooth blues to punchy rock and technical fusion.
Roasted Maple Neck for Stability and Smooth Play
The Roasted Maple neck undergoes heat treatment to enhance durability, moisture resistance and tuning stability. Its comfortable AZ profile fits naturally in the hand, supporting long playing sessions and fast transitions. The Jatoba fretboard adds clarity and midrange warmth, while jumbo stainless-steel frets offer exceptional durability, clear note definition and effortless bends across the full 24-fret range.
Flamed Maple Top with Modern Custom Pickups
The Flamed Maple top paired with an Alder body produces a harmonically rich tone with balanced brightness and sustain – a versatile tonal foundation for any genre. The Ibanez Modern Custom humbuckers feature Alnico V magnets for a bold, responsive sound that excels with gain but remains articulate for clean playing. Tight lows, open mids and crisp highs make this HH setup highly adaptable.
T106 Tremolo and dyna-MIX10 Switching
The T106 tremolo bridge includes six individually adjustable saddles for fine-tuned intonation and action setup. Locking machine heads ensure strong tuning stability, even during active tremolo use. With the dyna-MIX10 system and Alter Switch, players can access ten distinct tones, including Power Tap single-coil-style voices – ideal for musicians who need a single guitar to cover a wide tonal spectrum.
