Vic Firth VF‑STG2 Tim Genis Signature Snare Stick – Leggiero
Lightweight Precision for Refined Corps Articulation
Developed with legendary percussionist and arranger Tim Genis, the Vic Firth VF‑STG2 Signature Snare Stick – Leggiero is designed for drummers who prioritise finesse, agility, and refined articulation.
As the lighter counterpart to the STG "General" model, the STG2 offers increased responsiveness and reduced mass for enhanced control in detailed snare writing.
Crafted from premium hickory, the VF‑STG2 maintains the durability expected from the Corpsmaster® range while providing a more agile, fast‑feeling response. The oval wood tip produces clear, articulate strokes on high‑tension snare heads, while the slightly reduced diameter and balanced taper promote speed, rebound, and dynamic nuance.
Designed for Light Touch & Musical Detail
Ideal for passages requiring clarity over raw power, the VF‑STG2 supports clean execution, subtle dynamics, and ensemble blend in both rehearsal and performance settings.
