Vic Firth VF-5BTN American Classic® 5B – Nylon Tip (Terra Series)
Striking Terra Finish with Powerful 5B Performance
The Vic Firth 5BTN from the Terra Series fuses the familiar strength and balance of a classic 5B with the bright, articulate response of a nylon tear-drop tip.
Each pair undergoes a proprietary staining process that reveals the unique natural grain of the hickory – no two sticks ever look alike. Larger in diameter than a 5A and built for added durability, these sticks thrive in rock, metal, and heavier pop environments where power and precision matter.
Enhanced Cymbal Definition with Natural Aesthetics
Crafted from premium USA hickory in Newport, ME, the 5BTN provides increased cymbal clarity thanks to its nylon tip, while the medium taper delivers balanced rebound and control across the kit. With added weight and a comfortable stained finish, this is a versatile, high-impact stick with standout visual appeal.
