Vic Firth VF-5BCO American Classic® 5B Chop-Out Practice Stick
Train Your Hands Anywhere with Authentic 5B Feel
The Vic Firth 5BCO “Chop-Out” is purpose-built for drummers who want to refine technique without relying on a pad or full kit.
Designed with a hickory shaft and elongated taper to match the natural balance of a traditional 5B, it provides a realistic playing feel that helps your practice translate directly to performance. The rubber tip offers authentic rebound while keeping noise to a minimum – perfect for warming up backstage, quiet late-night sessions or focused technique development.
Focused Practice, Real Results
Beyond silent practice, the rubber tip also produces unique timbres on drums and cymbals, giving creative players additional textures to explore. With the durability and consistency expected from the American Classic® line, the 5BCO ensures you can put in the hours without compromise.
