Vic Firth VF-5AKF American Classic® 5A Kinetic Force Drumsticks
More Power, Longer Stamina – Engineered for Modern Drummers
The Vic Firth American Classic® 5A Kinetic Force elevates the legendary 5A design by adding a dense weight-enhancing material to the butt end of the stick. This increases overall mass and shifts the balance rearward, allowing drummers to play longer, harder and faster with noticeably less fatigue.
By amplifying kinetic energy, these sticks deliver extra impact and authority without requiring extra physical effort – perfect for high-intensity rehearsals, gigs, and recording sessions.
Classic Feel with an Optimised Response
Despite the weighted design, the 5AKF retains the familiar feel of the standard 5A: medium taper, hickory construction, and a teardrop wood tip that produces warm, articulate cymbal tones.
The additional mass improves rebound and stroke consistency, giving drummers a natural boost in both speed and control.
