Built from two clear plies for a total 14mil construction, it provides focused response, controlled sustain and strong low-frequency character. The molded process helps eliminate air bubbles and wrinkles between the plies, improving consistency and overall tonal performance. The head is sealed at the edges to control over-ring and focus the sound on deep, powerful frequencies. Designed for loose tuning, the PFPD10 delivers the classic low tom sound associated with rock records, giving smaller toms more weight, punch and controlled projection.
