Aquarian MODII-13 – Modern Vintage II 13″ Drumhead – Vintage Coated

The Aquarian MODII-13 Modern Vintage II 13"" Drumhead is a vintage coated batter head designed to deliver warm tone, added depth and musical response for tom and snare drum applications. Constructed from two 7mil plies for a total 14mil design, it provides durability and enhanced lower frequencies while retaining the expressive feel needed for dynamic playing. Aquarian’s proprietary Vintage Texture Coating adds the look and warmth of a simulated calfskin head, giving the drum a classic appearance and rounded tonal character. The Vacuum Molding Process improves clarity of tone by helping the plies work together consistently, reducing unwanted dead spots and supporting better resonance. Although vintage-inspired, the Modern Vintage II series is equally at home in modern settings where warmth, body and a big open sound are desired. On toms, the MODII-13 adds depth and fullness. On snare drums, it brings warmer tone and added low-end character. Suitable for live, studio and rehearsal use, this head is ideal for drummers who want vintage warmth, modern reliability and versatile coated performance.
