Ibanez GB10SEFM George Benson Signature Hollow‑Body Guitar
Sapphire Red | Includes Hardshell Case
The Ibanez GB10SEFM George Benson Signature is a refined hollow‑body electric guitar built to the exacting standards of one of jazz music’s most influential players. Compact, elegant and highly expressive, the GB10SEFM delivers warm, articulate jazz tones with exceptional feedback control, making it a trusted instrument for both stage and studio performance.
Finished in a striking Sapphire Red over flamed maple, this model combines boutique craftsmanship with professional reliability.
Signature Hollow‑Body Tone with Feedback Control
The GB10SEFM features a full hollow‑body construction crafted entirely from flamed maple, producing a focused, resonant tone with excellent clarity. The guitar’s compact body size enhances comfort while helping to manage low‑end bloom, making it ideal for amplified jazz settings.
Premium Neck Feel & Effortless Playability
A 3‑piece maple neck with the GB profile provides stability and smooth playability across the fingerboard. The ebony fretboard delivers fast response, strong attack and rich sustain, while medium frets with Artstar fret edge treatment ensure a silky, high‑end playing feel.
Floating GB Special Pickups
A pair of GB Special humbuckers are mounted floating off the body, reducing unwanted feedback while preserving a warm, open jazz voice. Controlled via dual volume and tone knobs with a 3‑way selector, the electronics deliver pure, dynamic tone with exceptional note definition.
Traditional Hardware with Tonal Integrity
An ebony bridge transfers string vibration directly into the body for a natural, woody response, while the GB10 tailpiece enhances tuning stability. Reliable Ibanez tuners complete the setup, ensuring consistent performance.
