Aquarian CCPD18 – Classic Clear 18″ Drumhead with Power Dot – Clear

The Aquarian CCPD18 Classic Clear 18"" Drumhead with Power Dot is a clear single-ply tom drumhead designed to deliver open resonance, bright attack and added durability for larger tom and floor tom applications. Constructed from medium-weight 10mil film, it provides a wide-open sound with warm sustain, strong projection and musical overtones, making it suitable for live performance, studio recording and general-purpose drumming. Aquarian’s patented Power Dot adds reinforcement to the centre of the head, improving durability in the main playing area without heavily changing the drumhead’s natural sound. The thin woven material supports the head while allowing the drum to retain its lively single-ply character, making it ideal for players who want added reliability without sacrificing open tone. Suitable for use as both a batter and resonant head, the CCPD18 gives drummers flexibility across different setups. As a batter head, it delivers strong attack, full response and improved strength under the stick. As a resonant head, it produces a warm, clean and choke-free response that enhances shell resonance. With its clear finish, retro-inspired look and lively tonal profile, the CCPD18 is a strong choice for drummers wanting open floor tom tone with added centre durability.
