Aquarian CC16B – Classic Clear 16″ Bass Drumhead – Clear

The Aquarian CC16B Classic Clear 16"" Bass Drumhead is a versatile single-ply bass drumhead designed to provide bright attack, open resonance and musical sustain for compact bass drum configurations. Made from Aquarian’s durable crystal clear 10mil Nu-Brite drumhead film, the CC16B delivers balanced projection, responsive feel and lively tonal clarity suitable for a wide range of playing styles and performance environments. Suitable for use as both batter and resonant bass drumhead applications, the medium-weight single-ply construction allows the natural tonal character of the bass drum shell to resonate freely while maintaining articulate attack and controlled sustain. This creates a clean and expressive bass drum sound with excellent tonal openness and projection. Aquarian’s Sound Curve collar design helps the drumhead seat naturally onto the bearing edge for easier and more consistent tuning while improving resonance and tonal balance. The Safe-T-Lok hoop construction increases reliability and durability by helping eliminate pull-outs during regular performance and rehearsal use. Combining open resonance, tuning stability and dependable Aquarian construction, the CC16B is an excellent choice for drummers seeking a lively and responsive bass drum sound for compact kit configurations.
