TAMA 7850N2L Octoban 2pc Low-Pitch Set
Deep, Melodic Percussion in a Compact Pair
The TAMA 7850N2L Octoban Low-Pitch Set delivers the unmistakable tone that has made Octobans a favourite among progressive and fusion drummers for decades. Used by renowned players such as Billy Cobham, Stewart Copeland, Simon Phillips, and Mike Portnoy, these tubular drums offer a unique melodic range created not by changing diameter, but by shell length. The result is a focused, resonant voice that integrates seamlessly into both acoustic and hybrid setups.
Extended Shells for Rich, Low-Frequency Tone
This 2-piece low-pitch set features 6-inch diameter fibreglass shells with depths of 17.5" and 18.5", producing warm, full-bodied tones ideal for deep melodic phrasing, atmospheric accents, and expressive fills. The included HOW29W stand provides adjustable height and angle, allowing precise positioning within any drum or percussion configuration.
