Ibanez TS9 Tubescreamer Overdrive Pedal
The Classic Overdrive That Defined a Generation
The Ibanez TS9 Tubescreamer is one of the most recognisable and influential overdrive pedals ever made. A faithful reissue of the iconic early-’80s model, it retains the same instantly familiar green casing, durable stompbox design, and warm, mid-boosted overdrive that has shaped countless legendary guitar tones. From bluesy breakup to expressive lead enhancement, the TS9 continues to be a go-to pedal for guitarists across every genre.
Inside, the TS9 preserves the original analog circuitry that made it so sought-after, delivering smooth clipping, tight low end, and an amp-friendly response that blends naturally with both clean and driven setups. Whether used as a standalone overdrive or as a boost in front of a high-gain amp, the TS9 adds clarity, presence, and musical character that never feels harsh or overbearing.
With its intuitive Drive, Tone, and Level controls, the TS9 makes it easy to dial in anything from subtle warmth to full-bodied grit. Built to withstand years of gigs, rehearsals, and studio sessions, it remains a timeless essential for players who want classic Tubescreamer tone in its purest form.
